I purchased my vehicle at Baron Honda but consistently have my maintenance service performed at Mariano due to their professionalism, cleanliness and hospitality. They review my service requests and investigate if any additional work needed to be addressed. Constant communication with Sales Rep (Stan) over repairs and completion of work was a plus.
Service was done in a timely manner coffee machine was working at the office repaired my air-conditioning under warranty, which I did not know about

I had to return later in the day to correct a mistake that was made during the servicing (I still get an occasional onboard message about the software update). I also had to correct an error in the tabulation of the bill. The errors were quickly addressed and no excuses were made....which I can appreciate (everyone makes mistakes)!!
Appreciate their concern when you bring your vehicle in for service.Explanation of work to be done and cost told to you for authorization.Ride service is a plus.

I spoked to Diego Bonilla we agree we would get $2000 off the sticker price but he said you have to refinance if you want to get the $2000 rebate. And if I pay in full, I will not get the $2000 discount. This is what I call switch and bait. I told all my neighbors and friends about the dealership. And not to deal with them.

Poor communication throughout the entire process A job that was promised for 2 hours took 2 days
I was there for an Inspection and the vehicle failed for a bubble in the tire. Easy enough fix, but it took over 3 hours to replace a tire.

My experience at Mariano Rivera Honda went very well. I had a state inspection done along with tire rotation. All fluids checked & filled. The complimentary car wash was great. There was a recall noted on my car & Christian informed me that as soon as the parts come in, he would call to schedule the appointment.
Need a better process when handing the service customer off to get a loaner. No need for the customer to sit and wait after service job is finalized

I purchased my car in January and I’ve been going practically every week for a free car wash and finally last week was the first time I had an oil change. As promised it was ready on time, and of course with a car wash. My experience thus far owning a Honda is far superior than that of the Nissans that I have owned previously. Having purchased a certified preowned Honda it’s complete piece of mind because it’s still cheaper than what I spent on replacing the transmission on my Nissan Pathfinder.

All went well. My only criticism is that your advertised Spring Special should have delineated that some CRV’s can’t take windshield wiper inserts. I would have not done the Spring Special had I known. Christian alerted me to this, shortly after I signed up for it, but I had already committed to the Special, and didn’t want to undue any work that was already done.

Horrible experience. Don’t service your car at this dealership! Not kept informed. Overcharged for A/C repairs despite it being a known problem.
Charged over $500 for air conditioner repairs that are known by Honda and coved by service bulletin. I was not kept informed by any one in service department and no one there when loaner returned. Fuel injection failure at 47,000 miles.

Had a great experience leasing my 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid. Bladmir in sales and John Serafin the sales manager were extremely helpful and gave me a great deal. They even said if I could find a better deal they’d match/beat it (wasn’t necessary as their offer beat other competing dealers for both the price and my trade-in). Definitely recommend visiting Mariano Rivera Honda when looking for a new vehicle.
