Wait time was 3 hours, just an oil change and tire rotation, and recall for a software reset. I was told I had to do a brake fluid even though online says once hits over three years. It was not even close to 3 years--too early. Upsetting as it was expensive.
Car was in the shop for a frame reinforcing recall which took two days to complete had small amount of maintenance done at the same time. Car Wes returned cleaned with all work done to my satisfaction. A loaner car was provided which was clean and comfortable for the two days they had the car Was very satisfied with the service and was contacted several times by the service advisor who kept me informed.
I didn't have an appointment but they were able to fix my issre i appreciate it

I was given incorrect info when I called for service. I have a low mileage 2024 CRV and was told I could get an oil change and tire rotation free. After I arrived I was told that I’ve owned my car more than 2 years. There was only 7,500 miles on the car.

I love this place. Honda vehicles are the best. They last a long time and are reasonably priced for their quality. HONDA Mariano Rivera in port jefferson station is awesome. They have a comfortable waiting g room with 2 tvs. A complimentary coffee bar. They are very accommodating and professional.

With oil changes, my original dealership would get me in and out in an hour less, often with no appointment. With this service department, I made an appointment, showed up on time, waited 2 1/2 hours. For an oil change. A nightmarish experience. Went in for a tire losing air. Waited 31/2 hours. They couldn’t process the claim for the tire even after all that time so I paid out of pocket just so I could get out of there. No one came to speak with me at all during the wait. If I hadn’t tracked someone down on my own I would probably still be there

This was my first visit just needed an oil change and a state inspection.l got there on time and said I would wait. After two and a half hours l checked back with the counter person he said only 25 minutes longer. After a hour l checked back with him again and asked for a service manager. She said the paperwork loss and the car is only now going to be worked on. I was hoping for a better experience

I was able to find a vehicle rather quickly. I knew exactly what I needed, which was a decent amount of cargo space, and it was within our budget. Worked out great.
Not like my past experiences. I took my car in for a simple oil change. Appt time 12:45. I was told it would take about 1 and 1/2 hours. Three hours later my car was done. Don't know why. No one told me why. But we all know that It does not take three hours to do an oil change. Not happy, however, my past experiences with the service department have been satisfactory.
