I was undecided on what car to buy when I stopped in to check things out. I was directed to the sales floor where I was introduced to Kelvin who helped guide us. He was patient and offered us several options, he made the dreaded process easy. From start to finish. The Finance department was not pushy and offered us several options all budget friendly (thank you Nick). The dealership made us feel welcome and made sure to show every courtesy they could for us. Initial interaction was not good... I went in with a list of problems and was told maybe in 2 weeks for help. Crazy since my AC, Bluetooth and other tech wasn't working in a 9 month old lease.
Luckily Ray (Manager) and Codi (SVC) stepped in and helped me out. They were able to get me in same day, and a loaner. Dealer had my car for 4 days. Returned with all resolved.
Few things to that should be considered to improve:

The service dept was fine, although I wish they told me before I came how long the wait would be for a software update, since I had to wait for almost 3 hrs. As for the sales dept, they should have performed a complete system reset and removed the previous owner from the HondaLink account associated with this vehicle (I purchased a 2026 CPO Passport). So the dealership gets 3 stars, and that’s being very generous. The salesman, Jose, was very friendly but he or the sales manager should have caught the HondaLink issue before vehicle delivery.
This dealership was very helpful and informative. They made sure to give me many options for cars. Eric and Ray were the best during the process.

After I said no to the upsell, I had to wait over 2 hours for an oil change. I told service rep I had very bad knee and could not sit for long. When I went to find out what was taking so long, I found that the car had actually been completed, and they never came to tell me
The staff was very easy to deal with and I appreciated every interaction I had. They did not try to upsell me which was also appreciated. They were fast and I was in and out of the dealership quickly. Stan was the best!

So, while I like the place in general, 2 things. They damaged my truck doing the tires rotation, a big dent in my drivers side back door, and 2 large marks on the wheel well rubber that were not there when I dropped it off. It will be pointless to argue with them, but I’m going to call and bring this up.
